Sideshow X-Files Dana Scully Review Part II

Now let's get back to Scully :) Last we saw her, she still had her overcoat on (see my post HERE)

Let's see how Sideshow 1/6 12" Dana Scully looks like without her overcoat. Underneath her overcoat, she wears a cream colored shirt with wide collar, pants with belt and boots.

Her 1/6 Smith & Wesson pistol with sliding charger and removable magazine is stored in her hip holster when not in use

From the back, she looks like a pumpkin with clothes on, kind of like Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King from "The Nightmare before Christmas" by Tim Burton.

A closer view of her shirt (blouse?) with wide collar

Her well tailored black pants. The belt loops are a bit BIG though

And here are her "boot-feet". No feet, just boots. And did I mention she's pretty weak at the knees. She can't really stand properly on her own two feet. The holster for her pistol fits nicely by her hips and doesn't cause a bulge even when she has her overcoat on. You'll hardly know that it was there.

This is the exclusive version which was limited to 750 pieces while the regular version saw the release of 5,000 pieces. This exclusive version includes the FBI windbreakers which are a nice addition.

Here we see Sideshow Collectibles 1/6 scale 12" Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) from the X-files donning her FBI windbreaker which is a nice fit on her.

And there you have it - a quite well-produced 1/6 scale 12" X-Files Dana Scully from Sideshow Collectibles at a very good price too. Now that's value-for-money. You don't really get a lot of those these days. 1/6 Manufacturers are charging sky-high prices and collectors are scrambling to pay - SIGH!

To see the review of Scully's partner, Sideshow Collectibles 1/6 Fox Mulder, check out my post HERE
There's also C.G.B. Spender a.k.a. Cigarette Smoking Man or Cancer Man reviewed HERE
